Processing Time After your order is placed, your PC will be built and tested within 1–2 business days before being packaged and shipped.

Carrier All orders are shipped via UPS.

Shipping Costs Shipping is free for all orders within the United States — no hidden fees.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Timeframe Once your PC is packaged, it will be delivered to your doorstep within 2–4 business days. Your build arrives ready to plug in and play.

Damaged in Transit If your PC arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at custompcbuilder4@gmail.com or via the contact button on our site. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
