All Zentek PC Builds come with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship. This includes:

• CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, storage, and PSU failures under normal use
• Free diagnosis and repair or component replacement at our discretion

Not covered: physical damage caused after shipping, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications resulting in damages, or normal wear and tear.

Returns

• 30-day return window from date of delivery
• Custom-built PCs are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective
• Prebuilt systems may be returned in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged
