Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your PC must be in its original condition and packaging, with no physical damage caused after delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at custompcbuilder4@gmail.com or via the contact button on our site. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the unit back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned PC, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items If your PC arrives with a defect or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and either repair, replace, or fully refund your order at no cost to you.

Warranty All Zentek builds come with a 1-year warranty covering hardware defects and component failures under normal use. This does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or modifications made after delivery. To make a warranty claim, contact us at custompcbuilder4@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items Custom-configured builds that have been used and show signs of wear may not be eligible for a full refund. Contact us and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
